- In original packaging
- In original condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
The following are final sale:
- Custom or bespoke items
- Made-to-order pieces
- Special-order products
- Personalized items
- Clearance or promotional final sale items
- Item purchased at conference or in person Pop-up
Return Authorization
Please contact our Concierge for a return authorization prior to sending any item back.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Return Shipping
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item arrived damaged or incorrect.
